I’ve been neglecting this a whole lot and I promise to update soon! My thighs are ACHING today. My PT smashed me yesterday, here is a quick summary of what we did!
200 rope slams
100 5kg medicine ball slams
100 crunches
100 5kg weight squats
1km brisk walk
This was probably the easiest session we’ve done. I’ll post last weeks too.

Today was my third person training session. I expected to just do the walk we have done the previous two weeks. I was wrong, so wrong. Today we did boxing, ropes, slams & a quick walk. My arms are already hurting. But I’m progressing fast. I have pat myself on the back for not giving up when the sets got tough - especially the ropes!

For the first time in about three years I weighed myself. I’ve been telling myself that I weighed a certain amount and to be honest I genuinely believed I weighed less. But I weigh 16kgs more. I am absolutely devastated. I have spent all day in bed and cried a million times. I don’t know how to pick myself up from this.

My nutrition appointment went so well. I was completely honest and she really listened to the things I said. She emailed me through a meal plan and it is 100% perfect for my lifestyle, and its full of things I actually like eating!!! It really doesn’t feel like a diet… It truly is a lifestyle change.
